Deposit & Additional Fees
Multi-Day Trips: At the time of booking, Cross Experience Tours requires a deposit (determined per tour). All travel arrangements must be paid for 30 days prior to the trip departure date.
Day Trips: At the time of booking, Cross Experience Tours requires full payment to ensure your seat reservation.
Our travel rates are based on current exchange rates, applicable taxes, fuel costs and other related costs to Cross Experience Tours. Cross Experience Tours will occasionally have seat sales and tour promotions for certain trips. To take advantage of this pricing please arrange to pay a deposit at the time of booking to guarantee the promotional price.
Cross Experience Tours encourages all passengers to secure cancellation insurance for their trip * (see trip cancellation policy). Similarly, insurance for medical coverage is also advised.
All travel arrangements have to be paid in full, 30 days prior to the trip departure date. No refunds will be offered after this final payment due date. Cross Experience Tours encourages all passengers to purchase cancellation insurance protection for unforeseeable circumstance requiring cancellation or interruption of your trip.
Refunds for trips and deposits will be made back to all customers who cancel their trip 30 days prior to their travel date. (In some cases only partial refunds can be made due to expenses incurred for purchaes made for non refundable tickets etc made on your behalf)
Travellers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who will be fully responsible while on tour.
On multi-day motor coach tours, each guest is allowed one large suitcase, which is stored in the luggage compartment beneath the bus, one carry-on bag that can also be stored underneath but accessable daily and/or suitable for storage in the overhead compartment and a personal item such as a purse or camera bag.
For your return trip, we understand that you may have done some shopping. Please be aware that you are not likely the only one, so please be considerate of the limitations of storage capacity. If you are concerned about the size of your intended purchases, please speak with your tour co-ordinator or guide.
Cross Experience Tours does not guarantee specific seating requests at the time of booking your trip. Cross Experience Tours however, will do their utmost to accommodate all travellers’ requests.
Gratuities for your tour co-ordinator and driver are not included in your tour price. “Tipping” is your way of saying “thank you,” for a job well done. Tipping should be extended on an individual basis at your discretion.
